We operate two delivery slots daily. Your slot is automatically assigned based on your distance from our hub:
Morning Slot
8–15 km from hub
Order before 10 AM → Delivered 11 AM – 12 PM
₹79 delivery fee if order is under ₹1,499. Free at ₹1,499+.
Afternoon Slot
15–20 km from hub
Order before 12 PM → Delivered 1 PM – 3 PM
₹99 delivery fee if order is under ₹1,999. Free at ₹1,999+.
Within 8 km? No slot needed.
Orders within 8 km of NJP Gate Bazar are delivered directly within10–60 minutes. No time slot selection required — your order is dispatched as soon as it's packed.
Both slots run daily, Monday to Sunday. Orders placed outside slot cutoff times are automatically assigned to the next available slot.
We currently deliver within 20 km of our hub at NJP Gate Bazar, Siliguri. Delivery times and charges depend on your exact distance from the hub.

Your order is hand-packed and delivered to your door within your chosen time slot.
All orders can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). COD is our default recommended option. If your total seems low for the distance, a delivery fee may apply.
We deliver daily from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Two delivery slots run every day: Morning (11 AM–12 PM) and Afternoon (1 PM–3 PM). Order cutoff times are 10 AM and 12 PM respectively.
